It’s hard to believe that 2018 is winding down so quickly and another year as a small business owner will be under our belts. It is always such a crazy adventure owning your own business and the learning curve can often be quite a bit more like jagged mountain hiking than a gentle curve!!
We have spent the last year working in a POS/website system that worked....most of the time! We have experienced it’s share of hiccups and headaches along the way while operating a larger store (since opening in our larger location here in Devon) and while it worked for the most part there were still some glaring issues for us as well as our customers. Thank you for your patience while we tried to work out most of the issues!
However, some things just couldn’t be fixed on part with the developer and we decided to switch to a new provider for our website. This has meant countless hours of development and redesigning the system to suit our needs (and did I mention lots of late nights and caffeine?! 😳) trying to get it all to work before the self-imposed deadline of December 15th!!
So....welcome to our new website & workshop ordering system. I hope you find it easy to use and informative. The check out system is hopefully smoother now and will allow us to gather all the info we need to help you register for workshops. If you have any questions, or see any issues, please let us know as we are always trying to improve our systems for our customers!!
Lastly, thank you for being so awesome and helping us carry on for another year....full of new ideas, techniques and projects to help make your homes feel “homier” and your gifts more personal. We ❤️ our customers....and that means YOU!!
