Shipping Policies

  • Refunds and Returns are only available within 30 days from ship date.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us ( within 48 hours with a detailed description and/or a photo of the damage that has occurred to the product and the packaging. We will work with you to get a replacement item or refund the order. We may ask you to ship back the product (at our expense). The replacement item will be shipped at our expense as well.
  • If you would like to get a refund for a non-damaged item, you will be asked to return the item and pay for the return shipping of that item.
  • If you would like to exchange an item (for a reason other than damage), you will be responsible for the return shipping and shipping costs for the new item. You will also need to pay any difference in cost between the item you have and the item you want. If the new item is a lower cost, the difference can be applied to your shipping cost.
  • NOTES ABOUT CUSTOM KITS: If there is an error in the spelling of your kit, we will replace the item and cover shipping UNLESS the error matches the text provided when ordering, in which case we are not responsible for the replacement of the kit. These kits are also not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged during shipping.
