Team Building Programme | Ordering Information

1. Minimum Orders

A minimum number of 12 kits must be ordered to qualify for our team-building programme
Designs can be combined to reach the minimum number (team members can individually choose what they want to make...yay!)

3. Deposits & Final Payment

A 50% deposit is required upon placing your order. Use discount code DEPOSIT50 during checkout.
Cancellations and refunds will only accepted within 10 days of placing your order. After 10 days, all deposits are non-refundable.
Payments must be paid online by credit card or a Paypal account. Sorry, no cheques will be accepted.
Urban Whyte will contact the individual who placed the order to make any final arrangements such as completion date, pick-up, delivery, or shipping. Please include a contact number and email when ordering.
Once arrangements have been made, we will send an invoice detailing the order and balance owing.
Final payment is due upon order completion or Net 60 from order date (whichever comes first)
Payment must be received prior to pick-up, delivery, or shipment.

4. Delivery Dates

Orders for school team-building events will be completed in the order which they are received. Order early to avoid disappointment!

5. Local Pick-Up/Delivery

To save on shipping costs, you are welcome to pick up orders at our store located in Devon, AB.
Local delivery is available for schools within 30 km of our store and will cost $75. This fee will be added to the final payment.

6. Shipping Costs

For schools outside our delivery area, and who cannot pick up at our store, orders will be shipped via Canada Post and cost will be calculated upon request.
