When will I be charged?
Your first subscription will be charged on the purchase date. Every month thereafter will be charged on the 1st of the month.
How long is the commitment?
You can cancel at any time after your first subscription, minimum 7 days notice prior to the next subscription release. Simply login to your account and have full control of your subscription. You can skip a month or cancel...it's up to you!
How do I get the FREE BONUS KIT?
Members who subscribe before January 15th, 2022 will receive their FREE BONUS KIT in December in addition to their regular monthly kit. This means you must remain subscribed throughout the year to receive this bonus. If you skip a month or cancel your subscription any time between January 15th-December 31st, 2022 you will not qualify for the FREE BONUS KIT.
When will my items be shipped?
This item is shipped on the 1st business day of each month. If this is your first subscription, we will ship as soon as we can (regardless of order date). We want you to have your Create@Home kit as soon as possible!
Shipping Costs?
You will have the option to subscribe for FREE LOCAL PICK-UP or CANADIAN DELIVERY...be sure to choose the right subscription for your location! Canadian shipping customers will be charged a flat rate of $16.50 per kit.

How do I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
We require minimum 7 days prior to next Subscription Date. One week prior to the end of the month you'll receive an email letting you know that your subscription payment is about to be taken. If you log into the Urban Whyte Subscriptions Portal and skip/cancel before your payment is processed on the 1st, you will skip that months payment and it will not be taken until the 1st of the following month. If you skip AFTER your renewal has already processed on the 1st, you will still receive your subscription box that month. ***Please make sure and add hello@urbanwhyte.com to your address book, otherwise your notifications may end up in your SPAM FOLDER.
