Essential Oil Blend
Roger's Pass: Spicy Mint, Bergamot, Black Pine, Juniper Berry, Black Spruce, Cedarwood, Birch, Wintergreen
We tried to capture the feeling of a breath of fresh, icy mountain air with our Roger's Pass diffuser blend. It's fresh & crisp without being overly mint forward. Notes of sweet bergamot and black pine compliment the wintergreen, mint and cedar base.
Wild Rose Country: Rose, Green Herb, Black Pepper, Fresh Balsam, Wet Cedar, Patchouli
A rose blend that remains masculine under base notes of patchouli, thick cedar, and a hint of pepper. It's warm, rich and floral, but remains a deep masculine scent.
This is the essential oil blend used to scent our Wild Rose Country line of products from our men's brand.
Sweet Fennel & Rose: Citrus, Green Herb, Rose Petal, Grass, Black Liquorice
Our Sweet Fennel & Rose diffuser blend is spicy, sweet and richly floral with a very light hint of citrus. Sweet fennel adds a mild black liquorice complexity tempered by the a rose inspired floral combination of ho wood, rosewood and palmarosa essential oils.
Please note that rosewood is an endangered plant due to unsustainable harvesting - we use Rosewood "Nature Identical" essential oil, which uses elements from other essential oils to reproduce the scent naturally.
Bandit's Blend: Citrus, Rosemary, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus
Our Bandit's Blend is modelled after the well known Thieves Oil blend. Historically, this blend was used to protect people from disease when entering areas with the dead or dying. Richly scented with citrus, clove, cinnamon and camphor type scents.
Lodgepole Pine: Rosemary, Camphor, Scotch Pine, Black Pine, Eucalyptus
Make your living room smell like an Alberta forest with our Lodgepole Pine diffuser blend, named after the official tree of Alberta. Top note of buttery rosemary that quickly fades into fresh eucalyptus and two kinds of pine essential oil-- one sweet, the bright. This is the same essential oil blend used to scent our "Lodgepole Pine" beard oil and soap.
Icefield's Parkway: Green Herb, Sweet Camphor, Spearmint, Peppermint, Cedarwood, Pepper
Fresh and cool like the icy glaciers and abundant snowfall of the scenic Icefields Parkway, a mountain road connecting Jasper and Banff National Parks.
Alone in the Wilderness: Cedar Leaf, Camphor, Juniper Berry, Fresh Balsam, Cedarwood, Dry Earth, Hinoki, Cardamom
Bright and green cedar leaf fold into a rich base of juniper berry, freshly cut cedar, cypress, hinoki (Japanese Cypress) and finished with a hint of cardamom
Royal Earl Grey: Citrus Peel, Bergamot, Lavender, Black Pepper, Amyris, Patchouli
Our Royal Earl Grey diffuser blend is inspired by our favourite black tea. A strong bergamot base supplemented by notes of French lavender, citrus peel, deep amyris and a hint of patchouli for it's vanilla-like richness.
How to Use:
Apply 3 or 4 drops to your diffuser, depending on size and how long you want your diffuser to run.
Since these are pure and undiluted essential oil blends, you can use these for your DIY projects:
- Add to unscented massage oil (we suggest 1-2% to start off)
- Epsom salts for your bath (please note that it is important to still dilute the essential oils in a carrier oil!)
- Room spray
- Make your own great smelling cleaner with lemon juice, vinegar, water and our diffuser blends. Without the aid of an emulsifier, you will need to shake the bottle before each use.
These are undiluted essential oils and are not to be applied directly to skin or ingested. To make skin safe, dilute essential oil blend in a carrier oil (such fractionated coconut oil) at a dilution level starting around 2% (98 mls of carrier oil to 2 mls of essential oil).
